In my role, I was responsible for developing, presenting, and executing sophisticated media plans and marketing strategies for a broad array of digital campaigns. This included stand-alone initiatives and extended digital strategies that required a keen understanding of audience identification and competitor analysis.
My responsibilities extended beyond strategy development to hands-on implementation of these campaign strategies and ongoing monitoring of their performance. In particular, I played a key role in optimizing campaigns based on performance data, driving consistently high results and ensuring our marketing efforts consistently met and surpassed our objectives.
As head of the media department my responsibilities include creating and presenting media plans and strategies for stand-alone and extended digital campaigns. I lead efforts to identify audiences and competitors, apply campaign strategy implementations, and manage and monitor performance and results.
As head of the technology and development departments I’m responsible for presenting time estimates for future projects, overseeing and reviewing tasks and development processes of current projects, and delegating tasks to team members. I manage a broad team of developers, both internal and outsourced. I’m the point of contact between the development department and project managers, and often offer consultation in both internal and client meetings.
Much of my role is providing thought leadership and keeping both departments up to speed with all the new trends in each respective field. I guide the implementation of any necessary changes to our planning and strategy processes.
As in any managerial position, in addition to solving daily problems and challenges in a fast-paced agency environment, I take pride in mentoring and supporting team members to reach their greatest potential.
Translated comps and wireframes into functional code templates to be used on a variety of platforms. Setup domains and servers, performed routine back-end website maintenance, lead quality assurance and thorough testing across specified browsers and operating systems. Operated as technical consultant within the in-house creative team during discovery and planning phases.
